If you have never practiced yoga before, you are about to experience yourself in a fresh and positive way. Initially, classes focus on learning a repertoire of stretches and postures, and various steps in relaxation and basic breathing techniques. Yoga poses are collectively designed to affect all the muscles and organs of the body. As we feel better, these feelings will begin to reshape and refocus our lives.

FALL 2007 Schedule:
6 classes for $66

Wed. 6 p.m.--7:30 p.m.
Thursday mornings 9:30--11 a.m.
September 12 and 13

Private and semi-private classes are available.

Yoga mats are necessary items. We have several mats at the center if you forget your own. We also have a small collection of cushions, blankets, straps and blocks. During warm weather, you might want to bring a towel.
